  Refund shall not be processed in case of rejection from government authorities.

  You may receive refunds in cases where we are unable to provide you with the service as stated in the contract.

  As soon as the order is cancelled, the reimbursement is typically completed right away. Nevertheless, it can take two weeks for the consumer to get the funds into the account that was used to place the order in the first place.
